KFC Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. About KFC Rewards

KFC Rewards is a promotional program operated in Armenia by Fastfood CJSC (“KFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The program allows eligible members to receive personalized or segment-based offers, discounts, 1+1 promotions, special meal deals, surprise treats, challenges, and other promotional benefits.

KFC Rewards does not currently include points, cashback, or stored monetary value. Joining the program does not guarantee that a member will receive any particular offer or number of offers.

2. Eligibility and membership

To join KFC Rewards, you must:

• have an active KFC Armenia account;
• provide accurate registration information;
• meet the minimum age required by applicable law; and
• accept these Terms and the KFC Armenia Privacy Notice.
• Membership is free and intended for personal use only.

Each person may have one KFC Rewards account. Membership and offers may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used for commercial purposes.

3. Offers and benefits

Members may receive different offers depending on factors such as order history, preferences, location, app activity, campaign eligibility, and engagement with KFC.

Offers may include:

• percentage or fixed-value discounts;
• 1+1 or buy-one-get-one promotions;
• product or meal-specific offers;

KFC may reject a redemption, cancel an offer, suspend an account, or terminate membership where fraud, misuse, or a material breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

KFC may introduce, change, pause, or discontinue offers or program features for legal, operational, technical, security, or commercial reasons.

Material changes to these Terms or the program will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel where required.

9. Technical issues and availability

KFC will take reasonable steps to keep the program available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Offers and products remain subject to availability. Where an offer cannot be redeemed because of a verified KFC system issue, KFC may restore the offer, provide a comparable replacement, or offer another reasonable solution.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
